These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the qqqee platform and all its services ("Services"). By registering an account on qqqee or using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

3  Account Registration

  • A maximum of one account per user is permitted.
  • Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method is prohibited.
  • After registration, we may verify your identity.
  • Registering with false information will result in the account being cancelled.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential.

  • Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to us immediately.
  • You must not allow third parties to use your account.
  • You are personally responsible for all activity on your account.
  • You are advised to change your password regularly.
Transferring, selling or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

4  Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on qqqee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 — applicable for deposits by any method.
  • Deposited funds must be your own and come from a legitimate source.
  • Third-party accounts or payment methods may not be used.
  • Funds will be credited to your account only after the deposit has been successfully verified.
  • qqqee reserves the right to reject any deposit on suspicion of fraud or manipulation.

Withdrawal Rules

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 — withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though some delay may occur due to the verification process.

  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
  • qqqee reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.
  • All withdrawals must be completed before closing an account.

5  Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met for this bonus to apply:

Wagering Requirement: 10x — you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

Example calculation:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
  • Deposit ৳16,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳31,000
  • Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • The minimum deposit to qualify for the bonus is ৳200.
  • After applying for the bonus, it will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the deposit.

General Promotion Terms

  • qqqee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
  • Bonus offers are for personal use only — claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • Each promotion may have a specific validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • Certain games or bet types may be excluded from bonus wagering.
  • In the event of any dispute, qqqee's decision shall be considered final.
Winnings made with bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

6  Betting and Gaming Rules

  • If a technical issue occurs during a game, the result of that round may be considered void.
  • An interrupted internet connection may affect bets in progress.

Betting Limits

qqqee sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting market, which are clearly displayed in the game interface.

  • The maximum winnings amount is limited according to the rules of the specific game.

  • Users may set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.

Prohibited Activities
